Deniz Banks submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the domain name DenizBank.xxx .According to whois records,the domain name was registered by Kader Yilmaz on December6,2011 ,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale . - The Panel ordered DenizBank.xxx domain to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
