"Since August 2012, Denis Sverdlov, Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Communications of Russia, will join the Coordination Center Council as a government representative.

The Coordination Center Council is the highest authority of the Coordination Center for TLD RU/РФ, consisting traditionally of eleven Russian experts, one government representative and a Council Chair.

Born in 1978, Denis Sverdlov has graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics. He held various top management positions as well as was a founder and shareholder in a certain number of software and system integration companies. Since 2007, Denis Sverdlov has been the CEO of Yota ("Scartel") since 2007. In 2011, Mr Sverdlov was listed in GTB (Global Telecoms Business) Forty Under Forty list of the most successful entrepreneurs under forty. In 2012, Denis Sverdlov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Communications of Russia.

In the Ministry of Communications, Denis Sverdlov's responsibilities include communications and Internet. Mr Sverdlov is married, has two daughters and a son."
