Unicredit S.p.A. has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the domain name Fineco.XXX. Unicredit S.p.A. should expect the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center order the domain name to be transferred,considering the company owns the "Fineco" mark .

    The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the Fineco.XXX domain name has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.Fineco.XXX will be passed over to Unicredit S.p.A. if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

     According to whois records,Fineco.xxx was registered on December 27 by Alberto Rossi from Rome,Italy.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
